Calliope is my very first pattern ever. I was so nervous to list her because I had never attempted to write down anything formal for others to read. Up until this point, I just scribbled things down in my old, tattered notebook, using my own terminology and notations. I was thrilled to see how popular this pattern became over time… mostly because it was confirmation that my instructions were decipherable by others!! Since this first pattern, I have fine tuned my wording and am now much more confidant in writing. Calliope will always be my most remembered creation.
