The first post…!

Lavender

Wow, I can’t believe I have my very own Little Muggles website to present to you!  Let me kick off this launch by presenting my newest creation, Lavender Bunny.  This doll is about 11 inches tall (including her ears).  I wanted to make something cute and girly, but elegant at the same time.  This is the first time that one of my dolls is actually wearing a dress, rather than having the dress crocheted as part of the body.  Unfortunately, you can’t remove the dress because it won’t slide off her bottom.  The only way to remove it would be to remove her head, but I don’t think you want to do that! 😉  I will definitely be experimenting with new clothes and accessories for my dolls in the future!  The little flower detail is a first for me as well!  I found a great book today for crocheting flowers so look for more floral details to come!  I’ll be working on the pattern for Lavender and it should be available for purchase very soon.  Look for it on Etsy and Craftsy!  I hope you like Lavender and I hope you like my new site!  Please visit again and again and tell me what you think!!

Lil Quack

One day, I was suddenly hit by an inspiration to make a duck… and wouldn’t it be adorable if I could somehow put it in a sailor outfit?  Well, his outfit turned out to be just a hat and a shawl but I think it came out pretty well.  I love this shade of blue (Silver Blue – Vanna’s Choice) with white.  It just looks so crisp and clean!

This duck is fairly simple to make.  He adds a touch of cuteness to any room, whether it be an office, a nursery, or bedroom… He makes a unique gift for any occasion!

Wasabi

This is a whimsical little bunny that I really enjoyed making.  My 2 year old son actually helped me name this little guy.  He came up one day while I was crocheting, pointed at the yarn and said “That looks like Wasabi!”  He had seen Cars 2 recently and those of you who’ve seen it must remember the wasabi scene with Mater! Anyways, that’s the story behind the name.  I found the most adorable ribbon and instead of tying a bow again, I decided to try a tie instead.  It wasn’t easy to make it look just right but I’m happy with how it came out!  Do you guys like it?  This bunny is easy to construct and the
pattern is available through Etsy and Craftsy!

Meet Haribo!

Here is my newest pattern, Haribo the Bedtime Bear.  One of my young nephews inspired me to create this because he drags his baby bear blanket with him EVERYWHERE!  I thought it would be cute to create a bear that looks like he’s all ready for bed, so I made Haribo wearing cute  footed pajamas.  He makes a fabulous addition to any bedroom or nursery!  The pattern for Haribo is currently being sold on Etsy and Craftsy.
